47th Annual Food Science and Technology Conference
This conference focuses on providing oppertunities to young scientists to present their research in the area of food science and technology. They will be joined by keynote speakers under each theme. At this event, early stage researchers will also be given insights into the exciting career oppertunities available in the food area and how to avail of them, through networking and knowledge exchange. A social event, hosted by Holy Smoke, will be held on the evening of the 7th December.

Abstracts for oral and/or poster presentation on work relevant to these themes are invited. The closing date for abstract submissions is Friday, November 9th.
