Held in the peaceful hills of Xylokastro, Noosfera Wellness & Retreat Center will host us. It offers warmth through its complex of wooden buildings, silence, and forest air.

We’ll move slowly. Breathe deeply. Let the body guide the way back to balance.

Nourishing meals, daily practices, and time to simply be.

No pressure. Just space—to listen, soften, and return to yourself.
