Join Eastern Shore Land Conservancy at our third annual LandJam! This year, this family-friendly afternoon will be at the wonderful Councell Farms during their opening weekend! LandJam features live music, great food, yard games, and the many fall attractions already available at Councell Farms, including a corn maze, jumping pillow, combine slide, and pumpkin patch. We can’t wait to see you there!
