Yoga Hikes with Meaghan & Dorene

Combine the benefits of hiking in nature with the mindfulness of a yoga practice with Meaghan and Dorene at Rockville Regional park on select Monday and Thursday evenings from 6-7:30pm. We will be offering these yoga hikes until our new studio space is ready.

Please bring a yoga mat. We will hike about ¾ of a mile to a PAVED space. Once we arrive, we will enjoy a full yoga practice overlooking the valley before hiking back to the parking lot.

Details:
- This is an all levels hike/yoga practice
- Please bring your yoga mat
- Total session will last about 90 minutes
- Hiking boots are highly recommended
- We will gratefully accept cash or Venmo donations in any amount

Dates:
-Monday’s July 21 and 28
-Thursdays July 24 and 31

General Information:
The main parking lot is located at 2149 Rockville Rd. We meet and gather at the picnic tables directly through the gates. There is a small fee for park use that is not included in the hike rate. There is a kiosk that accepts credit cards and cash, change is not provided.
