The event will explore the key themes, what happened and why, what were the missed opportunities and what practitioners would do differently if encountering similar cases within the course of their work.
There will be table discussions relating to the cases and to support the event, practitioners are asked to read the SAR 026/035 and SAR 033 reports available on the NSAB Website - Safeguarding Adult Reviews | Northamptonshire Safeguarding Adults Board.
