This isn’t just a “throw on heels and hope for the best” kind of class—this is a fully guided, beginner-friendly heels experience designed to help you feel strong, stable, and confident every step of the way.

✨ What to Expect:

We’ll start barefoot with a focused warm-up for your feet and ankles, then gradually build into heels—covering walking, balance, and foundational technique before moving into fun, confidence-boosting choreography.

No experience? Perfect.

We don’t just put you in heels—we teach you how to own them.

👯‍♀️ Bring a friend, try something new, and feel like your most confident, sassy self in a supportive, no-judgment environment.

👠 Heels are optional, but encouraged!

If you’re new, we recommend a low to mid-height heel (2–3 inches) with ankle support (video recommendations coming soon). You’re also welcome to wear a brace or tape for extra stability if needed.

✨ We’ve thought through every detail—you don’t need to go out and buy anything new. Just show up ready to have fun.
