Body sculpting also known as weight training or strength training. This class is a muscle toning class that focuses on building core strength. Once you commit to a body sculpt class you will begin to see results-newly toned and sculpted muscles. In addition you will increase metabolism helping to burn more calories when you are working out. As a result, a body sculpt class can tone your body and strengthen your bones and joints. All of the exercises can be modified to meet your needs.
