Get ready for an exciting weekend of competition, teamwork, and Taekwondo at the 2nd Three Rivers Throwdown, hosted by ATA McMurray Martial Arts! Students from across Region 117 and beyond will come together to challenge themselves, build confidence, and celebrate their martial arts journey.

? What to Expect
1) Compete in a variety of events including Forms, Weapons, Sparring, Combat, Creative, Xtreme, and Team divisions. Enjoy a supportive and high-energy environment for students of all ages and ranks.
2) Earn custom blue medals designed exclusively for this event - representing the unity of Pittsburgh and Korea, blending our city’s skyline with the birthplace of Taekwondo.
3) Receive commemorative tournament pins for every competitor.


? Special Event - ATA Xtreme Seminar
Join us on Sunday, November 9th for a 2½ hour ATA Xtreme Seminar featuring District and World Champion Instructors!
Participants will rotate through five exciting stations:

1) Open Hand & Tricking
2) Ssahng Jeol Bong (Chux)
3) Jahng Bong (Staff)
4)Ssahng Nat (Kamas)
5) Gum Do (Sword)
***Open to ages 7+ and all ranks (with instructor permission).
