We’ll begin with a simple, easy-to-understand overview of how the nervous system works and how stress shows up in the body. From there, you’ll be guided through gentle, therapeutic yoga practices including:
- Supportive movement to release held tension
- Breath practices that encourage steadiness and calm
- Sound and vibration to soothe the nervous system
- Restorative postures and a long delicious deep rest

Finish our workshop with a cuppa and chinwag with our growing community
