In Level 2, we build on what you already know. We link poses together, follow the breath, and
move in simple flows so your practice feels smoother and more natural.

You’ll repeat easy sequences that build over time. Your strength grows, your endurance builds, and it feels easier to stay with yourself, even when things get spicy. There’s more room for your feelings, more patience, and a deeper sense of “I can do this.”

This class is for anyone who knows a down dog, feels okay in beginner yoga, and wants a space that feels welcoming and real, not performy or perfect.

You don’t need to be advanced. You just need your body, some basics, and a sense of curiosity.

This class is for you if:

💜You want your movements to connect and actually feel like flow.

💜 Big “all levels” classes still feel too fast or intimidating.

💜 You want steady growth in strength, endurance, and emotional capacity.

💜You’re craving a warm, honest community to move with.

By the end of the 6-week series, students will:

✨Feel more confident moving through flows and choosing what supports their bodies.

✨Have a stronger sense of how to link breath with movement.

✨Be able to stay present through sensation and emotion, trusting themselves as they move into deeper layers of their practice.
