We will meet at Squire Point trail, and do a longer hike about an 1-1.5 hrs long (the bigger trail) this meet up group is to help anyone who is grieving, who needs support in their grief, or who is supporting someone who is grieving.

Hi, I’m Maria, I lost my Mom to cancer a year ago. I find that hiking, and moving my body helps me move through my grief. I am
Inspired to open this up to a community group meet up once a month, where we can all support one another. I am a yoga instructor, fitness instructor, and in trainings for Mediumship, Psychic, and Death Doula. I often hike by myself to connect with my mom, and I would love to bring more people together in a safe space of support and community.
