As the body relaxes, you will transition into a deep hypnosis session aimed at connecting with your Higher Self, unlocking insights and guidance from within. To conclude, you will engage in a heart-opening guided meditation that focuses on the heart chakra, introducing the concept of Hridaya—a chakra that is deep to the Anahata; a space within where unlimited love resides.

Participants are encouraged to bring yoga mats and journals to enhance their experience, allowing for self-reflection and integration of the practices. Embrace this opportunity to unwind, connect, and elevate your Friday nights. ??

YOUR GUIDE
Renee Gullickson is one of the Co-Founders of Anahata Wellness Co-op. Renee is  Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She provides holistic mental health care in collaboration with traditional medicine & utilizes her nursing background as a Family Nurse Practitioner to guide treatment plans by evaluating for physiological causes of symptoms. Renee's aim is to incorporate psychotherapy, guided imagery, and mindfulness into visits when desired. She highly values collaboration with other disciplines to ensure that my clients receive the expertise needed to reach their health goals.
