You’re invited to slow down, soften, and rest deeply under the light of the full moon.
Join Kimberly of Be Loved Bodywork and Yoga and Dani of Practical Alignment for a thoughtfully held evening devoted to release, reflection, and full-body
nourishment.
Each gathering aligns with the energy of the full moon, offering space to let go of
what feels heavy and return to yourself with gentleness and clarity.
Our evening begins in circle with an oracle card pull and a brief, accessible discussion about the current full moon—it’s themes, symbolism, and how this moon season may invite connection, awareness, or release in your own life. Think grounding information, a little lunar magic, and plenty of room for personal meaning.
From there, we’ll transition into a full moon restorative yoga practice designed to support profound rest and nervous system regulation. Using generous props for full-body support, each posture invites ease rather than effort—inviting the body to release held tension and the mind to soften.
This practice is slow, calming, and deeply restorative—encouraging release and renewal on every level.
We’ll close with a quiet reflection period, honoring whatever you need most in that moment—an extended savasana, a personal meditation, or journaling. There’s no pressure to do anything at all, just space to be with yourself and integrate the evening’s experience.
