Funds raised will benefit Miles for Migraine free programs & services as well as the University of Miami Headache Center to support local migraine research and fellowship training programs.

The Walk and Relax events are free to register, and donations are encouraged!

We are focused on raising awareness that migraine is not “just a headache”. Migraine is a serious neurological disease that can have debilitating effects on those that have it, as well as their family and friends. More people have migraine in the U.S. than asthma and diabetes combined, yet it is severely underfunded. Help us change that!
