Posture Police designed Therapeutic Fitness to strategically fix neck, back or shoulder pain. This class combines the Wisdom of Yoga and science of Physical Therapy. You will leave this class with a pain free body, functional mobility, and feeling balanced.

Therapeutic Fitness consists of predominantly standing stretchercises complemented by a Corrective Cane and chair. No need for a yoga mat because we don't lay down. This class is perfect for those who suffer from neck, back, or shoulder issues or wanting to improve flexibility, mobility and body awareness to prevent pain.

Registration Required at Eagleshaven.org. Donations are welcome but Eagles Haven Wellness Center does not charge for the class.
