By registering for Activities that take place on Douglas College lands, buildings or facilities, registering coaches or school/institution representatives undertake on behalf of their clubs, schools or institutions (each a “Participating Organization”) to carefully review the Risks with their players (and, in the case of minors, with their parent/guardians), and to take all reasonable steps to prevent foreseeable Risks, including through proper instruction, supervision, enforcing appropriate standards of conduct, safeguarding player personal property and ensuring players are medically fit and able to safely participate in the Activities.
