The session begins with a short guided meditation to help you ground and open your energy. As you settle into deep relaxation, JJ will offer gentle individual Reiki healing, allowing universal life energy to flow where it’s needed most.
Then, immerse yourself in the soothing vibration of crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, gong, ocean drum, and chimes, guiding your body and mind into profound stillness.

You’ll leave feeling lighter, clearer, and re-aligned — ready to welcome the peaceful energy of winter and the year ahead.

With over 20 years in trauma-aware education and energy work, she offers healing experiences that are deeply nourishing, emotionally safe, and spiritually uplifting.

She is the author of , host of the " JJ, with Mindfulness Talk – A Holistic Approach to Life", meditation teacher on Insight Timer and was recently featured in a national interview on OMNI’s Mandarin Focus, where she shared her passion for mindful living and holistic healing. Her gentle, grounded presence helps clients feel safe, supported, and deeply nourished.
