Through guided reflection, mindfulness practice, and practical tools, participants will learn sustainable strategies to recover, reset, and rise with clarity and balance.Participants will leave with personalized resiliency tools they can immediately integrate into their daily life.Workshop will be held in-person on 2/28/26 from 10am-12pm at Carve Your Own Path in Copley, OH and facilitated by Amber Moore, MSSA, LSW.Participant will create a coping skills jar to take home with them as well.Workshop highlights:1. Understanding Resilience2. Signs you may need to recharge3. Nervous system reset4. Emotional resilience practices5. Energy protection and boundaries6. Daily, weekly, and monthly recharge menu7.
