Join us for a Yoga & Art session that blends movement and creativity!
We’ll begin with a gentle 45-minute yoga class, where you can unwind and connect with your body through a soft flow. This calming practice will help you find balance, setting the perfect tone for our next activity.
After the yoga session, we’ll transition into a guided art activity focused on bringing our inner artist out together. Using different drawing techniques, you’ll have the opportunity to get creative after the yoga flow. Whether you’re a seasoned artist or just looking to explore your creative side, this is a wonderful chance to connect with others with yoga & art!

About the teacher
Natasha is an artist and yoga teacher at Absalon, teaching every Saturday at 9:30 & also guides Techno Yoga in the big hall. With a background in yoga, karma yoga, music, and art therapy, her workshops are a heartfelt blend of creativity, connection and community.

We have yoga mats available and materials are provided but you’re always encouraged to bring your favorite notebooks, journals & pens with you.
Tickets can be purchased online in advance. We do not offer refunds on purchased tickets. If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to give your spot to someone who could use it.
