- **Event Description**: Yoga & Art is a two part workshop that starts with a gentle 45 min yoga session & ends with a guided creative activity. The yoga practice is for all levels of yoga & aims to help us relax the body, calm the mind, and inspire creativity.

Following the movement practice, we’ll transition into a guided activity focused on creative writing. Together, we will explore words through different creative writing exercises that will be guided by the teacher. You’re encouraged to write in whatever language you feel. You don’t need to have any previous writing experience, all levels are welcome! Materials are provided but you’re always welcome to bring your own (perhaps a journal) if you’d like.

This workshop is perfect for anyone looking to unwind & explore creativity together with others in Absalon.

Natasha will be your guide for the workshop. She is the Saturday Yoga teacher & Techno Yoga teacher at Absalon & blends her love for yoga, art, community in her classes & workshops.

We have yoga mats available and materials are provided but you’re always encouraged to bring your favorite notebooks, journals & pens with you.

Tickets can be purchased online in advance. We do not offer refunds on purchased tickets. If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to give your spot to someone who could use it.
