It can be ugly, silly, angelic, deep, full of grief, anger, playfulness, pleasure or whatever is alive in you on this day. In the safety of sisterhood we allow a space of non-judgment towards ourselves and each other. We get to explore the edges of our voice and go on a mystical journey together. OUTLINE OF THE DAY: ☽ We will start the ceremony with neuro-somatic exercises to ground and create a regulated field in the group. ☽ I will introduce you to The Note From Heaven - a simple vocal meditation technique to open up the voice and create a clear channel. ☽ We will dive into an intuitive choir, weaving together our voices, listening to each other and the field between us. ☽ We create a circle where women can step into the middle and receive sound; being held and sang to is very healing. ☽ We end the ceremony with a short sharing. THIS IS FOR YOU: If you long to explore your voice, let go of "how it sounds" and instead feel the resonance in your body. It's for women who desire to be part of supportive sisterhood, where we celebrate bravery, sensuality, authenticity, sensitivity and a grounded spiritual approach. It's for women who want to embody their inner witch/völve and allow this archetype to take space in the world. I host monthly Sound Journeys in Copenhagen and do daily sound sessions at a special needs school where I work and teach. I continue to deepen my practice and lately have been studying trauma informed neuro-somatic therapy. My passion is to work with women and their free, authentic expression (usually with a twist of witchy magic). I have been on a deep journey with my own sound + soma, and continue to explore new edges. My philosophy is "whats authentic is beautiful!" I feel called to create this space for all of us, myself included, because we need more women owning their voice and speaking their truth.
