Experience an unforgettable evening at Epicurus as we pay tribute to the jazz piano giant Oscar Peterson with a rare and breathtaking performance by two of today’s most acclaimed pianists. In honor of Peterson’s centennial, Sir Niels Lan Doky and Geoffrey Keezer will perform together on two Bösendorfer 230 Vienna Concert grand pianos, generously provided by Bösendorfer — the same maker that counted Peterson himself among its official Artists.
This piano duo offers a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to witness the synergy, interplay, and virtuosity of two jazz masters in dialogue. Reminiscent of legendary duos like Herbie Hancock and Chick Corea, their performance promises both reverent homage and brilliant innovation.
Special Celebration — August 15
On Oscar Peterson’s 100th birthday, Epicurus will unveil a newly cultivated rose named Hymn To Freedom, inspired by his iconic 1962 composition. Created by award-winning Danish breeder Rosa Eskelund, the rose will be presented just before the duo’s performance. One-third of all rose sale proceeds will go to Live4Love, a charity founded by Prince and Mayte Garcia, supporting free piano lessons for musically gifted children around the world.

Join us from 20:30 for a world-class jazz performance. Your ticket includes a set number of drinks, which you can choose freely from our menu of handcrafted signature cocktails.
Do linger after the final performance — our bar remains open until 24:00 on weekdays and 02:00 on weekends.
