These Are Your New KPI's
KPI’s have a troubled reputation. They can be as unwished for as an additional report sheet. As out of touch as last year’s vision statement.
But they really don’t have to be. We invite you to rethink how you measure performance and ask: What kind of metrics does it take to keep track of your innovation?
Spoiler alert: It goes beyond deciding that it would be good to grow a certain part of your business X amount over X time.
If you put in the work, metrics can qualify the whole conversation in your innovation team and keep it grounded in your market, industry and the world at large.
Among the speakers:
Natasha Friis Saxberg: Digital strategist and entrepreneur.
Corporate venture experience as Head of Future Growth in Atea + Head of Venture Development at Maersk Growth.
Jakob Ekkelund: CFO at Templafy.
Track record as investor and board member in a range of scale-ups across industries, including Bellmetric, Mofibo, Bownty, and Vivino.
Areas we will cover at this session:
1. Defining what real innovation is for your company + translating it into metrics.
2. Securing that metrics set a shared direction for your innovation, but can be updated, as your business reality changes.
3. Moving from narrow metrics to expansive ones that take in data points outside your company.
As always, our morning learnings are served with fresh coffee and croissants.
