Join us on the 24th of June, 5th of August & 2nd of September for Summer Sessions of Techno Yoga in Werkstatt's Yellow Backyard.
An electrifying fusion of music, movement, and mindfulness with yoga teacher & artist Natasha.
Immerse yourself in a unique experience where vinyasa flow meets heavy, electronic techno beats, creating space to release tension and explore through movement.
Techno Yoga Girl Natasha curates the soundscape to blend yoga philosophy, art therapy, and deep embodiment.
The event is held outdoors in the Yellow Backyard, so we move to the sounds of techno under the sun! (If there is a chance of rain, the event will NOT be cancelled but moved indoors)
There are two sessions each date, so we can make the most out of summer 🌞
