I, who hold the liberating breath is Pelle Sederkvist. Together with my assistant, we will create a safe space where you will have the opportunity to increase your life energy. ABOUT BREATHWORK When we allow this increased oxygenation, something magical happens. Strong emotions, which may have been hidden and repressed, rise to the surface. They are like old friends who have been waiting to be seen and heard. In the dance of the breath, they get space to live and breathe, and this is where liberation begins. During the session you can experience a cascade of emotions – laughter that bubbles up from the depths, tears that cleanse the soul, happiness that dances with sadness, lust that flows like a stream of life. It's like the soul speaks through the breath, and we welcome each feeling as part of the colorful painting that makes up your inner landscape. Liberating breathing is like a journey into the labyrinth of the soul. And when we allow ourselves to navigate through these emotional corridors, we let go of what weighs us down. Blockages dissolve, and we become lighter, as if we have let go of the weight of the past.
