Dancing Yolates - with Mikkala Kissi:
This session guides you through meditation, breathwork, and a full-body flow—dancing with the energy of autumn. You’ll be invited to release old layers, reset your energy, and reconnect with your inner strength and essence.
Inspired by nature’s rhythms and the season of letting go, we surrender to the flow. We dance, we sweat, and gently step into new beginnings with open hearts and trusting intuition. The session ends with soft stretches, restorative yoga postures, and a long, healing shavasana.

ABOUT THE TEACHER:
Mikkala Kissi is professional dancer, yoga and pilates instructor, certified nutrition therapist, kinesiologist and body master as well as the founder of Living Yolates: a holistic training method combining the best of yoga, pilates, dance, meditation and energy work.
