You’ll jump, shake, sweat, and flow though movement that’s guided by sensation, rhythm, and expression rather than strict technique.

This practice provides the space to move, breathe and be however you feel. Everyone is welcome, no prior experience is necessary. Wear comfortable clothes you can move, sweat, and feel comfortable in.

About the teacher
Bella is an Australian Yoga and Shake the Dust teacher living in Copenhagen. Her classes weave together themes of connection, compassion, and contentment - inviting you to explore presence from the inside out. With a warm and open approach, Bella welcomes everyone to come exactly as they are.
