We have dance space, fruits and snacks, you bring dance, and if u like, instruments, more snacks and food to share (-:

kl 20.15ish slow down to closing circle
+ after dancing bodywork, lounge for socializing and sharing food ?

PRACTICAL:

- free for members of Forsøgsstationen
- free for Ci-Cph dancers

The Dance
- we begin the jam together 17.45, be ready on the floor ♥️
- wear comfortable and clean cloth, long pants, long sleeves
- knee pads recommended.
- nice to bring additional dry clothes for warm down and bodywork


Guidelines
- keep spoken conversation to a quiet minimum during dance sessions
- kindly don't use your phone inside the dance studio
Health
- be considerate, stay at home if not feeling well
- kindly, wash hands, be clean, before entering studio
- kindly, avoid perfume, be careful w jewelry, belts etc
