KOVETS is the brand new project from Mikael Tobias and Johnny Patsuri. Wielding Guitar and Drums respectively, the duo have been chiseling away at a new type of rock aesthetic, merging elements of noisy grunge, psychedelic post-rock, and jazz fusion. With a solid compositional foundation, KOVETS adorn their sonic space with a blistering improvisational spirit. Their interplay is violent yet contained—Raw and aggressive, yet delicate and dynamic. Their debut, self-titled album will be released on October 16th on Copenhagen's Barkhausen Recordings.
