🌀 What to Expect
Participants work in pairs, alternating as breathers and sitters.
Each day includes:
An around 3-hour breathwork session
Mandala drawing and personal reflection
A facilitated sharing circle for integration
A week later, we meet again online for an integration session to support your continued process.
No prior experience is required.
