Meet me with your mat on the grass at 17:30 for a lovely park yoga session where we get to feel the sunshine on our skin for a relaxing practice. The practice is yin-yang which means half passive & half active. It’s for all levels of yoga. If you don’t have a mat please bring a towel, the grass is usually soft enough to practice on ?

The practice will be every Wednesday from the 6th of May to the 24th of June. If there is a cancellation it will be written on the event, I usually never cancel unless it rains from 15:00 or later the day of. Morning rain is usually fine for us to continue the practice later ?

You do not need to book in advanced for the session, just join if you can & donate what you can✨

Every expression, gender, ethnicity, nationality, and yoga level is welcome. Come as you are & welcome others around you, maybe even bring a friend ?
