Denmark has a long and proud cheese tradition, but most of us know only a few of the classics. This tasting is all about slowing down and really discovering what Danish cheese is about — the flavours, the styles, and the stories behind them.
We’ll taste five different Danish cheeses, each paired with a carefully chosen international wine. The focus is simple: good cheese, good wine, and pairings that actually make sense.
Throughout the evening we’ll talk about:
where these cheeses come from
how they’re made
why they work (or sometimes clash) with certain wines
