ENJOY TWO HOURS OF Dancing Yolates with Naya!

DANCING YOLATES IS A HOLISTIC TRAINING, addressing both the physical, mental and energetic body through dancing.

IN DANCING YOLATES, WE OPEN THE BODY with soft and fluid movements, with focus on breathing with the whole body, using exercises from Chi Gong. We then dance the whole body open with circular, groovy movements, juicing up all joints – especially focused around hips, chest and shoulders.

FREE DANCING ALLOWS YOU TO MOVE INSPIRED by what is moving inside you. We end the class with soft movements, feeling what is present in the open body, moving closer to the ground and finally rest in a nice rejuvenating shavasana.

THESE TWO HOURS WILL FOCUS ON RELEASING STRESS, finding flow and dance freely. Dancing Yolates is not about how it looks, but how it feels! Let go of expectations and seriousness – and we guarantee it will be two hours of fun and sweat!


Naya Moll is certified Living Yolates and Dancing Yolates teacher. She studied four years of dance and choreography at the Danish National School of Performing Arts, and now works freelance as a dancer, choreographer and movement teacher.
