The vibration of a Gong is a powerful way to reduce stress and balance emotions. Known as a Gong bath, the gong creates a sea of sounds that are deeply relaxing and induce a holistic resonance in the body and spontaneous meditative state of mind, resulting in a sense of expanded awareness and wholeness.
You can choose to lie on a yoga mat, sit and close your eyes for a meditative experience or walk around.

Instructions will be in English.
Please bring your own cushion, pillow, blanket and eye mask to make yourself comfortable. The blanket is really important as it can be cold to lie still even though the hall is heated.

It is possible to buy or borrow a yoga mat upon arrival. You can also buy a meditation cushion
