It is simply not in the ocean’s nature to say No to any river. No matter what. It never says, “I don’t feel like it, I’m too tired, I can’t handle it…” It never discriminates.
Acceptance is the path to a truly and transformative peace. It’s easy to accept the good things – love, support, getting the things and experiences that we want… but genuine peace comes from a real acceptance of the problematic things, the challenging situations – the people we find difficult.
When we accept without discrimination, it is the manifestation of pure Yin. It is the Mother’s love for all her children. Then there is no need to say No to anything or anyone that comes our way. And this brings a big smiling Yes inside us to all of life.
Over the last few years Kozan, Indro and Mishka have done a lot of groups together, and their work has grown and developed in new directions. But the core of what they do is deeply rooted in their time with Michael Barnett, and the thread of his Work is clear to see.
Kozan, Mishka and Indro return to Copenhagen this November for their fourth Denmark seminar. These three are sitting in silence and stillness. Have been for ages. Join them and connect with your own silence, locate blocked energies – nurture them and bring them back into the flow.
Through guided meditations and bodywork, music and movement, and energy work from the core of the cosmos, together we will welcome the divine, the source of our true natures.
This will be a non-residential, full weekend seminar. To get a taste of who we are and how we work, we are offering the opportunity to participate just on Friday evening for an introductory session as a separate event. You can then join in the rest of the weekend if you like. Everyone is welcome to join us!
