Spring is a season of movement, aliveness, and transition. As nature shifts, you may feel energized and inspired, or restless and unsettled. This workshop offers space to explore how these seasonal changes land in the body, breath, and mind.
🪻 We begin with a short, accessible introduction to the chakra system. What the chakras are, how they are traditionally understood, their connection to the endocrine system, and how they relate to different mental and emotional patterns in everyday life.
🦋From there, the workshop unfolds as a guided practice journeying through all seven chakras, moving from the base of the body upward. The practice combines asana, pranayama, and guided meditation, with time to settle, sense, and observe rather than rush or perform. We close with a guided chakra meditation to integrate the practice.
🌼 This is a spring-themed practice focused on renewal and balance. A way to meet the intensity and movement of the season with steadiness, curiosity, and presence.
📍 The workshop takes place at Hot Yoga Østerbro, a cozy studio in the heart of Copenhagen. The space is spacious, light, and calming, with changing rooms, showers, and all necessary props available, making it easy to arrive and settle into practice.
🐝Open to all levels. No prior knowledge of the chakra system is needed.
🌸About the teacher
Ofir has a background in neuroscience and biology and approaches yoga with curiosity and clarity. Subtle yogic concepts are explored through direct experience, treating the mat as a space for observation rather than belief.
