Sound Bath

With Lorelei Cameron from Siren Song.

Enjoy an hour of relaxation provided by the resonating sound from a crystal sound bath.

Singing bowls, also known as sound bowls work by producing vibrations and sounds when struck or rubbed with a mallet.

The vibration and sounds can be used to promote relaxation.

We advise that patrons bring their own yoga mats and blankets as body temperature can drop during the sound bowls.

PLEASE SHOW UP A BIT EARLIER TO GET SETTLED AND TO CLAIM A SPOT
