- **Event Description**: Coos County Mamas! Clean out your closets and come mingle! This event is for Coos County mamas (or dads!) to help mingle and fill our neighbors closets while cleaning out our own! With the Holidays right around the corner, this is a fun opportunity to rotate those items no longer in use back into our community, and go home with some new-to-you items yourself! 

Children's | Toys | Maternity | Nursery | Etc.

All items brought should be for DONATION/TRADE and should be expected to be laid out together as one community lot, organized by items. NO SALES! Any items left over will be recycled into our next event! 

Clothing should be stain and tear free, clean and without odor residue. Toys should not be broken beyond play, UNLESS donating a vintage item for a collection. 

Local home based businesses and mama run businesses are welcome to advertise & network! The Catch: NO SALES! Samples, business cards and networking only 💛 (No alcohol, tobacco or 18+ items please) Family Friendly Event! 

As this is my first go at this - I'm opting to hold off on any tickets per donations, etc until we get a good feel for how this event turns out. But here are some ground rules everyone should follow, and I will not hesitate to be the bad guy and call someone out:

💛 Please be mindful and courteous of what you take. Mamas will be trickling in throughout the day - let's be fair for everyone. 

💛 Please be respectful of items donated. Items will come from all types of homes and family dynamics. If something doesn't work for you, kindly move on. 

💛 Please be respectful and neat of the donation piles and how you leave them. We will be working with limited space in a public park.

💛 If you are someone like me who will be bringing an abundance of items to donate, please only take what you need in return, and not necessarily item for item. TIA! 

💛 All leftover items will be recycled into our next Mama Mingle event! #communityorbust

💛 Bring the kiddos, throw out a blanket, and stay and play for a while. Participants are welcome to browse the donation tables throughout the day, but please do give space and room for others to enjoy, too 💛
