I fell in love with inversions at my very first Yoga Teacher Training and have been upside down ever since! I have a love of anatomy thanks to my Bachelor of Health Science in Acupuncture, and a love of alignment, physiology and practicing intelligently thanks to all of my past broken bones dislocations and injuries. I was able to put my body back together through my yoga practice and now I can hold a freestanding handstand for almost 2 minutes! (1:48 to be exact!)
