Host a Table We are asking table hosts to decorate a 4-foot table and pass out candy and non-food treats to attending families. • Please provide at least 150 pieces of candy • Non-candy treats will also be provided for each table on the day of the event • Plan to set up between 10:00–10:30 AM To help create a sensory-friendly environment, we ask table hosts to follow these guidelines: • No masks or painted faces for hosts • Nothing too scary • No flashing lights • No loud music • No clowns Let your imagination run wild as you transform your table into a Halloween Wonderland! Create a magical, spooky, or whimsical experience that families of all abilities can enjoy.
