- **Event Description**: Volunteers are needed for the 9th Annual Susquehanna River Clean-Up in partnership with the Cooperstown Lions Club, Rotary Club of Cooperstown, SUNY Oneonta Biological Field Station, Otsego County Conservation Association, and the Dave Brandt Chapter of Trout Unlimited. 

Join us on June 27, 2026. We will be meeting as a group at 8am at Compton Bridge in Cooperstown where Oaks Creek meets the Susquehanna River. We will then divide into three groups, two going upstream the Susuquehanna and Oaks Creek with members of the BFS Dive Team, and the third group working downstream. In addition to volunteers in the water, we will need help unloading the debris from the rafts on the shoreline, volunteers to help with the refreshments, and a volunteer to photograph the event.
