Learn the ins and outs of making both rhubarb champagne and rhubarb cordial, and make your own on the day! 
You will need to bring a VERY clean 10L container with a well fitting lid (buckets from the rural store are perfect), 500g of fresh rhubarb, 1kg of white sugar and 2 lemons. The workshop is 1.5 hours long.

Please RSVP by clicking "Going" so Kate knows how much ACV to bring, and there will also be a tasting of champagne that Kate prepared earlier! ?

This event is FREE for Cooma Community Garden members, otherwise it’s $5 cash on the day ?

Note - this champagne got first place at both Dalgety and Cooma shows this year ??

If we have time we can talk about elderflower champagne and cordial - sadly there are very few elderflowers around this year due to lack of rain, hot weather and then the severe late frosts ?
