Over four days, you'll explore the stunning landscapes of Thredbo, Perisher, and Charlotte’s Pass,  with a choice of two walks each day—a harder and an easier route—so you can tailor the challenge to your vibe.

ITINERARY

Day 1 – Perisher

Harder Option: Mt Stillwell, Charlotte’s Pass to Perisher Valley walk + Porcupine. Total 16.7km. Optional Rainbow Lake (3km).

Easier Option: Charlotte’s Pass to Perisher Valley walk + Porcupine . Total 12.7km. Optional Rainbow Lake (3km).

Day 2 – Thredbo

Harder Option: Thredbo to Eagles Nest, Dead Horse Gap and Thredbo River. Total 16km.

Easier Option: Eagles Nest to Mt Kosciuszko. Total 13km return. For more of a challenge, tack on a 3km return to Seamens Hut or descend via Merrits Nature Trail (4km). A lift pass is required unless you’re up for the 600m climb to Eagles Nest!

Day 3 – Charlotte’s Pass

Harder Option: Grand Ridge to Blue Lake, Carruthers Peak, Lake Albina, Mt Kosciuszko, Seamens Hut. Total 22km loop.

Easier Option: Charlotte’s Pass to Blue Lake, Carruthers Peak then back to Charlotte’s Pass. Total 13km.

Day 4 – Jindabyne (Half Day)

For our final walk, the route depends on everyone’s departure time. Some options include: Jindabyne Point & Windows Creek – 8km return or Hatchery Bay Trail – follows the Lake Jindabyne shoreline, 10km return.

ACCOMMODATION
We’ve secured 10 rooms at the Adventist Village, nestled on 70 acres of land. You’ll share with just one other person, and each room has its own bathroom. Bring your own linen, or hire it for $35. There’s a shared, well-equipped kitchen and dining area, but keep in mind we won’t have exclusive use of these spaces. Additional accommodation may be arranged if demand is high.

CAR POOLING & COSTS
The trip fee is $215 for members and $227 for non-members. . In addition there is a daily park passes for cars of $17, which can be shared between carpoolers to help keep costs down. And for one of the walks, a Thredbo lift pass will be needed (around $60, plus a $5 keycard deposit).
