Wintering retreat (hospice fundraiser)

If you’re free on Saturday 29 November and fancy a little pause before winter settles in, come join us for a nourishing day of yoga and crafting at The Yoga Garden, Knepp. It’s a charity fundraiser, with all proceeds going to The Wisdom Hospice, who cared so beautifully for my dad.

Reset with somatic and slow yoga practice in the morning, craft a table decoration with foraged finds, enjoy a lovely veggie lunch and a stroll around Knepp, melt into a yin practice and find deep rest through a yoga nidra I wrote support you to connect to your own nurturing peace and stillness.
