About Amrita:  Amrita Julia Deans-Dundas is a Brighton based yoga teacher, therapist and retreat leader. She has been teaching classes at the Yoga Garden since 2011, and has over 20 years experience in therapeutic group facilitation as well as running several retreats in the UK, Europe, Turkey & South Africa. www.amritayoga.co.uk Instagram: @amritajules   

About Lit: Dr Lit Eziefula is a clinical psychologist with over 20 years experience working in mental health, including neurological health related illness and injury. She also facilitates Yoga Nidra , EMDR and Biodanza. Lit founded Embodied Psychology to provide her clients with evidence based clinical psychology infused with embodiment practices.
