This 3-week course will give you the confidence, insight, and practical skills needed for a calmer, better prepared race-day experience.

If you want to feel more in control, understand the course, and get the support you need to be race-day ready, these sessions will help you feel confident and equipped to perform at your best.

Swimmers will benefit from Phil Clayton’s local knowledge, experience as the British Triathlon open water swim coach, and insight as a former professional athlete.
