On Saturday 6 December at 7 am AEST, we’ll meet on the sand to wade into the ocean together - a simple, powerful gesture of hope and solidarity for those facing unimaginable battles.

This event is held in honour of Dakota, a young woman who was told she was cancer-free before receiving the devastating news that it had returned - this time as stage four brain cancer. Her story is a reminder of how fragile and fierce life can be, and why community matters so deeply.

This isn’t a race or a fundraiser with barriers. It’s a shared moment. A reminder of strength, connection and collective hope.

Everyone is welcome - families, friends, businesses, anyone who wants to stand with us.
