This level awakens your innate healing abilities and serves as an activation to reconnect to your soul. Reiki 1 will empower you to heal yourself while cultivating self-compassion and mindfulness. Through the elegant practice, you’ll clear energy channels and find your flow with the sacred energy of life. Tailored for beginners - whether you’ve never had a Reiki session before or have had many and read all the books - the course is designed to meet you wherever you are. Woven into the teachings are mindfulness and meditation practices, anchored with the embrace of surrounding nature. Reiki 1 is a transformative container to awaken to your True Self.Although this step of the journey is about you coming home to your spiritual essence, the course will include practical sessions so you can feel comfortable working on friends, family, and any lucky pets straight away.
