Moving into Stillness Yoga

Discover the power of stillness. In this class we’ll move in a slower dynamic way with some longer holds, supported by the breath. Then transitioning into softer, restorative postures, to let the mind and body thoroughly relax. Everyone is welcome to this practice. No experience necessary. $15 Registration required.
