Join us for a mid-Saturday mindfulness session with Dr. Pele Yu from the UAMS Mindfulness Program and Shawn, with Shawn B. Studios. Dr. Yu will start us off with a grounding meditation session and immersive sound bath for participants and then we'll transition to a mindful art inspired activity.


This event is free and open to the public but space is limited and registration is required. Registration has been limited to 20 spots for ages 16+. Plus us the QR code found in the graphic or by clicking the tickets portion of this Facebook event.
