9:00 -10:00 Yoga for Mental Health by Angela Campagna MSW, LCSW in this session you will learn how yoga can help your mental health and also experience the power of yoga for the mind and body. You will learn how to implement this in your daily self-care routine. you can bring your own yoga mat or you can use one of ours. Please wear comfortable clothing but these poses will be gentle and more focused on self-care and mental health.
10:00- 10:30 Break
10:30 to 11:30 Nourish Your Mind and Body by Lori Dather RDN, LD while enjoying a health brunch by Blue Barn Bakery, meal included. You will learn about healthy eating for your mind and body and how to reject toxic diet culture.
11:30 to 11:45 Learn how to use essential oils to support mental and physical health. Given by Austin Reeves Licensed Massage Therapist and Certified Aromatherapist.
11:45 to 12:30 Qi Gong class by Kim Bartlett, Certified Qi Gong instructor and Reike Practitioner
